About Head Basketball Head Basketball is a free online one-on-one basketball game where you take control of a big-headed version of a famous NBA-style player and battle a rival for the highest score. The goal is simple — sink the ball into your opponent's basket more times than they sink it into yours before the clock runs out. Between matches, you can pick your player, choose their jersey and shoes (including some deliberately silly options like high heels), select the ball type, and set the court, giving every match a slightly different look and feel. Head Basketball runs entirely in the browser with no download or install required, using simple keyboard controls that make it easy to pick up but genuinely challenging to master against the AI.
